Who May Qualify
Christensen Apartments is an elderly and disabled-designated property under the USDA Rural Development program. To qualify for occupancy (per 7 CFR Part 3560, Subpart D):
- The tenant or co-tenant must be age 62 or older, or a person with a disability of any age. Other household members may be younger and without disabilities.
- Household income must fall within the USDA very-low, low-, or moderate-income limits for Sanpete County, which vary by household size (see current USDA multifamily income limits).
- Income and eligibility are verified and certified before move-in and annually thereafter.
